I would give this 0 if I could. This property could not accept the credit cards I used and told me to go get a prepaid card, then they said they would not accept that either as my name was not on it, which it obviously wouldn’t be, and they would have known that.
Then they stopped responding so I had to find somewhere else to stay in the middle of the night. . Hotels.com did not step in and did nothing when they stopped responding. £600 down the drain including £70 of saved up onekeycash. Despicable service
