Great location and staff was amazing and helpful.

I cannot say enough about our stay at Armenaki. The room was impeccable, spacious and even nicer than what we expected. That rarely happens! Our view was perfect and the breakfast delivered to our room each morning was delicious. The staff was incredible- always helpful with recommendations and any requests. One note is there are many stairs required to get down to the hotel and then back up to the town. As long as you know that, you will love Armenaki. Staff actually helps to bring your luggage up and down to your room upon arrival and departure. If we are able to return to Oia, we would absolutely stay at the Armenaki!

Gorgeous room with the most beautiful views. The staff made the check in seamless and our departure as well: with help carrying luggage to and from room and getting to our pickup. The breakfast was incredible too. The plunge pool was sooo nice. I highly recommend this hotel for the classic Santorini experience and out standing service.

The view of the caldera is amazing, and so is the plunge pool. The breakfast is sumptuous and delicious. The porters carried our luggage down those steep steps and are the true heroes of this hotel!

Our stay at Armenaki was a dream come true. The Residence Room we stayed in was beyond wonderful—the pool was huge and the room itself had 4 showers! The AC was chilly and refreshing (adjustable) and we got great sleeps on the comfy beds. The point person Fei was top notch—helpful, accommodating, kind, and had great follow through booking a few reservations for us in advance. We couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful stay in Santorini!

STAY HERE! We had the most incredible 4-night stay here and highly recommend this hotel. It has the most amazing views, super modern rooms, the more incredible staff, free breakfasts that hit the spot, and absolutely no complaints. The staff were truly incredible; they helped us with our baggage, were super responsive when we called, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. My mom had hurt herself on our way to check in, and the woman at the front was ready with supplies to bandage her up and checked on her health throughout the trip. The view alone is worth the stay, but the service made us never want to leave!

Excellent view and location, can beautiful see the landscape. Staff are all very nice, they will carry your luggage. As it is my birthday trip they prepare some fruit for me!!!! They also keep and delivered my luggage to the bus stop after I checked out. Excellent experience and service!!!!

I stayed here for 3 nights in one of their suites. It was a pre- birthday treat, and it was fantastic. They met us at the pre- arranged drop off point and the porters carried our heavy suitcases on their shoulders, through the town and down the windy steps which eventually led to the hotel. We would have really struggled! Our accommodation was stunning, with a large bedroom, and a separate large lounge area. We had a large hot tub, which was the perfect temperature to relax in, and a lovely outdoor space where we ate breakfast (delivered to the room) or sunbathed whilst enjoying the stunning views. We also had a sauna, although we didn’t use it. There was a 24hr reception, and the main receptionist was really lovely and so helpful. She booked us a meal at one of the Ammoudi bay restaurants and also booked us on a sunset cruise, which we loved.

The room we picked online, is the room we were given and it was awesome! The view and the suite itself were stunning. The included breakfast was delicious- but, you have to pick a time for delivery to your room and it might be earlier or later than you’d like. There are lots of steps down to the hotel - but, there is a porter to carry your bags. Going up to shops and center of town - is very steep - so, something to keep in mind if you are older or have any physical limitations. Loved the private dipping pool overlooking the caldera. My only complaint is the bed - it felt like an air mattress with coils. The rest of the room and the view made up for it.
