Location is great! Problem is when you stay at the ground floor, you feel like it’s in the bunker as you can’t open the curtain as pedestrians will be able to look through the windows as there is no sheer curtain installed

Great place and amazing host

It was a very walkable location. We didn't want to bother with figuring out which bus to take from Hiroshima station so we just walked to bHotel from there and it took around 30 minutes. The Hiroshima atomic bomb memorial park, the bombed building preserved from 1945, and Hiroshima castle are all within walking distance (albeit a 20-30 minute walk). The neighborhood behind the apartment is full of great places to eat dinner, shop, or do karaoke. Absolutely loved the location and the apartment was nice and clean as well! The owner/management is very quick to respond to emails.

Had a ground floor, next to the entrance and elevator....so noisy, otherwise nice,clean,modern.

Spacial and good design room! Everything are new, good sleep with the bed. Room have kitchen and laundry facilities. Nice view to Peace Street. Smooth check-in when you provide necessary documents information though email in advance.

Stayed here for 2 weeks for remote work. Feel just like home. The room is spacious and clean. Self service mostly but the response for assistance was very prompt and nice. Hotel is situated at nice and peaceful Heiwa dori, but all main attraction and shopping streets are within walking distance. Love the room as well

Impressively clean and organized for a stress free stay!

This was our fourth time staying at this property, a truly great experience, I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hiroshima. Great location and value for the money.

We arrived late and found that door did not open and no one to help us because phone operating time was by 10:00 pm . Three children standing cold winter night out side of the building for half hour. Calling USA to Hotel.com and no help what so ever. Nice facility but poor operation for late checking in.We were helped by customer who pass by the doors opened the doors from inside. We will not go back this hotel again.

Lovely quiet apartment. Very central

This stay seemed almost too good to be true from the description, but it meets high expectations. The room--which was basically like an apartment--had two beds and a sofa bed, a kitchen table with four seats, a kitchen stove, refrigerator, and an in-room washing machine. In addition,t the bathroom can be used as a space for drying clothes because it has a special timed heated drying device. There's a lot of storage space and lot of supplies like towels, pajamas, toiletries, cleaning supplies and coffee in the room. Check in and check out were easy; instructions were sent by email in advance. There is no "lobby" so some formalities are completed ahead of time instead. There is also no key because codes are sent for the building entrance and door instead. I actually found it more convenient to not carry a key around with me. This bHotel is located at the end of Nagarekawa Dori, which seems to be an entertainment bar and restaurant street in Hiroshima. It is also walking distance to other parts of Central Hiroshima such as the Hondori Shopping Area and the Peace Park as well as the ferry pier to Miyajima Island. If you arrive from Hiroshima Station, you can take the tram to the Ebisucho Stop and walk about 10 minutes.

Beautiful space and excellent service. 10/10

The property is in a great location and is a great size and in very good decorative order and the host communicates very well. We booked the top floor in the belief that it would be quiet from other residents however because of the concrete floors you can hear chairs being moved almost constantly. Furthermore, the road noise was intolerable for us especially at night. There is clearly an issue in Japan with motorbikes as these seem to parade along the streets in the central city at all hours with no consideration for residents. Had I seen consistent comments on review sites about the noise I would never have booked this and put myself through it. This is a shame as otherwise it is a good place to stay but not for us:-((

Perfect stay. Well appointment apartment. Super comfortable beds. Spotlessly clean. Great and well thought out amenities. Would have loved to stay for longer.

Nice facilities and good location.

Clean and spacious. All amenities provided including kitchen and laundry which is very appreciated. Location is very convenient to public transportation and good walking distance to tourist attractions.
