As with other JR hotel, this is right by the train station so it is very convenient. Hotel is efficient and very functional. We had breakfast included and one choose the breakfast choices from the menu in the restaurant. The breakfast is teishoku with options of the local delight Bonito tataki! very sumptuous breakfast.

It was very good hotel in a very convenient spot. Three of us stayed in one room though, the room was quite good size and very comfortable beds. Staff were all really polite, friendly and courteous. The price was very reasonable for the good accommodation. We enjoyed our stay and will go back there again when we travel to the area in the future.

It was an amazing experience in Kochi. The hotel is near to the JR station which is a few minutes walking distance. The hotel provides different types of pillows for the guests which made us a surprise and these pillows really help us a lot.

Room was clean and simple design. Laundry room also very clean. There’s 4 machines. Access to JR, airport shuttle and rental car were in a minute.

location near train station and express bus terminal. But to look around the city and use public transprtation, hotel is a little far from major tourist spot . Unconvenient to take tram and bus.

Recently opened when we visited so everything was shiny and new. Had a great stay apart from one thing which was the parking situation. We had a car for our group and one of the reasons I had chosen this place was the advertised parking. When we arrived I was advised to drive around the corner from the front entrance to a ramp where the parking lot was. When I got to the gate the machine did not issue a ticket and the arm didn’t raise. There was only one button on the machine which was scarily red. I had been trying all day and since I had been driving on the the “other” side of the road all day I think my anxiety kicked in and I didn’t press the button which meant I had to reverse down the ramp which was painful. For reference, everything other machine with a gate we pulled up to either automatically dispensed a ticket or there was a green button to dispense. Anyway, after reversing down the ramp and finding a temporary spot to park I “spoke” with the desk agent using Google translate. After quite a bit of back and forth it was evident that clicking the red button was the action which would dispense a ticket. *sigh*

Great value and great location. Breakfast set is offered at ¥1300 per person. Very nice facilities with a coffee / tea bar all day with a lounge area. Groceries stores are a good walking distance away.

Hotel is close to train station and an information tourism booth. Great place to stay the night. Near shopping and dining areas in the ctiy. Would stay with again when im back in Kochi.

Walkable distance to attractions nearby. The carpark is a covered carpark in the annex building. Provision of welcome drinks is a good add-on.
