We loved it here, we are at the top floor & the views were amazing! Everything is great except for 1, we asked the receptionist to book us a shuttle to go to the airport, she said the amount is 190 Mexican for the ride but when we paid the driver he said that it was 550 Mexican, he then called the hotel receptionist & I spoke to her & she said she made a mistake!?! ☹️ Just booked an UBer to go to the airport its about 200 Mexican.

The property said they served vegan food and didn’t . Everyone was kind . Especially ulisses the valley and his brother . No one was mean or moody .

Amazing staffs and clean room. Definitely recommend and helped me with my boyfriend birthday surprise.

Muy buen hotel, para viaje de negocios, especialmente para trabajo cerca de la zona, ya que el hotel está ubicado en una zona industrial, a los alrededores no hay nada que uno pueda aprovechar para visitar más que empresas. El restaurante está muy bien y el servicio de gimnasio es externo pero es bastante completo el desayuno muy rico todo y las habitaciones perfectas.

Stayed at Novotel for a 3 day business trip, main reason was location (close to Banamex Expo Center). Room was good, didnt like the fact that my room didnt have a good.view and was kind of dark. Basic amenities, great breakfast and good service.

AC never worked, fire alarm is over 140db and went off our first night at 4am for no reason and was on for 10 minutes, staff was overworked, confused and disorganized, complete mess of a place, the area (Toreo) is dangerous and dirty and ugly. Don't go there.

The hotel is beautiful, but it is a little misleading to call it an airport hotel since it is 1.5 hours from the airport. The dinner was excellent. The breakfast could have been excellent because it had all of the right things and was very attractive, however EVERYTHING, (eggs, sausage, and pancake pancakes) was cold, including the coffee. They did manage to get me 2 cups of hot coffee from behind the bar, but cold coffee is a non-starter.
