We loved our stay. The staff were beyond friendly. The bed was comfortable and cozy.

Hotel was clean and tidy … located in a spectacular setting on the outskirts of Ullapool… the staff were very friendly and welcoming … a definite “visit again”….

The property is well located, about a 10 min easy stroll along the waterfront to the harbour with good restaurant options close at hand. The large sitting area with a view of the bay is a perfect place for relaxing in late afternoon after a day of touring. Breakfast was substantial and very good!

Breakfast yogurts full of additives may consider sourcing a more natural product. Rooms not well soundproofed could hear tv adjoining room! Shower water suddenly turned alarmingly hot!

Outstanding!Arrived to be offered a wee whisky or sherry. Welcoming staff and clean beautiful property. Our room overlooked the harbour, incredible view. Bedding was fresh and clean with lovely pillows. Most comfortable sleep if had since leaving home 3 weeks ago. Breakfast was fantastic, exceptional service and friendly staff. Highly recommend 10/10

Another brilliant stay, we booked last minute so expected a small room but it was a bit on the too small size. No where for our bags and the sink in the bathroom was tiny. Too small to clean your teeth or shave. Having said that we love this place and will return again

We reserve the cabin on the edge with beautiful view of water, mountain and Ullapool. New and modern

We were warmly welcomed and offered a drink. The premises were spotlessly clean and whilst the bedroom was not spacious it was comfortable. Breakfast was excellent.

Hotel was very clean and comfortable and within walking distance of Ullapool. Room and ensuite was on the small side with very small sink

I stayed in the smallest double room, and after the warnings about the size (property e-mailed me) I was worried, but it was actually fine for one on an overnight. For two you would struggle to find places for two large suitcases. The view of the harbour was fantastic. A short distance to Ullapool itself. Good breakfast and friendly service. Would happily stay again.

Luke greeted us properly and warmly. The room was fantastic with a great view. It was peaceful and being able to see the sun go down from our room was a bonus. Easy check in/out process.

Comfortable stay. Nice bedroom but with a tiny bathroom. In a good location for the NC 500. Wonderful breakfast and all the staff were very helpful and friendly.
