Everything is perfect !!!

Rooms are fine. They allow guests to be noisy except during “quiet hours

Hair conditioner was empty. There were 5 tissues. No 24 hour coffee???

Very convenient; good breakfast starts early; excellent staff!

We had a great stay after the PGA tournament. The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were so big! Breakfast in the am was a bonus too!

We've stayed here before and are overall happy with ours stays. Location is convenient to anything youd need or want. Young gentleman stocking breakfast items mini fridge accomodated my special request for shredded cheese, kuddos to him. Staff has always been pleasant and desk check in was efficient. Improvement items if interested are d/c the $3 per night parking, unnecessary for hotel owned self parking lot and the breakfast offered leaves huge room for improvement.

everyone was very attentive and friendly. Love Ms Karen at the breakfast bar, she was amazing , friendly and very helpful with the waffle making. The housekeeping staff kept our room with clean towels and clean wastebasket . Thank you all very much . We couldn't control our AC when we arrive but once it got cold outside we called and a young man came and got the heat working so all was well.

It was clean, beautiful and staff was friendly. My only compliant is tgat they charged fot parking.

When I arrived they informed me that my reservation had been canceled because they were sold out! I asked how that was possible when I booked it over a month ago. They informed me than can cancel reservations through 3rd party companies, like Expedia. I was stunned! Avoid this hotel at all costs!!!

The hotel was nice. The staff was beyond friendly, it was clean and modern. Although the breakfast wasn’t that great, The breakfast lady that was there during the week was so sweet. I didn’t get her name but she was adorable. They need more variety at breakfast. It was no fruit and the same thing every morning. They also need new waffle machines as well. I was charged for an extra night but my son caught it. If he wasn’t there I would have over paid. But the staff corrected it promptly. Last is Having to pay $3.00 a night for parking didn’t make since to me because it’s not a parking garage or a gated parking area. I just didn’t understand that. Would I stay again? Yes because of the customer service and good customer service don’t come easy these days.

Where should I start? Our room was 209. The room had a barn door for the bathroom door, the door didn't have a lock so it didn't shut all the way. The toilet made a knocking noise the whole entire time we were there. The shower head was broken, the water came out like a sink faucet. Now we stayed three nights and the breakfast was the same every morning. The fruit was rotten. We had to pay for parking each night we stayed. Finding a park was horrible. We had to park in the back and our keys didn't work for the door. When I told the front desk staff, I was told some keys work and some keys don't. The only reason we stayed because we came to town for a funeral. I would not be staying there again. Super 8 is down the street much cheaper. And you know what to expect.

This was a very enjoyable stay. Would highly recommend anyone to start here.

Quiet spacious and comfortable

My TV did not work in my room, when I notified the front desk they sent maintenance who did absolutely nothing. We couldn’t switch to another room then I was promised bonus points they never uploaded to my account.
