TV was impossible, couldn’t use it

Room was definitely not clean - cutlery /crockery provided needed a good wash before it could be used. Check in was weird. Was told after I questioned that the reception would not be open after 5 Pm and I would be contacted with details. Had to phone as no details forthcoming. Advised the key would be under the mat. It wasn’t. Had to phone again to be provided the lock box code. Parking is not that convenient if you have heavy luggage Serviceable if you’re in a bind but I’m sure there are better options out there.

location was great, my room was amazing, however each room is owned by some sort of time share arrangement so each is furnished and serviced with varying quality and extras.

The room was very spacious and had everything you needed. Unfortunately our heater didn’t work and it was a very cold night. The room also had a really funky smell that wasn’t pleasant but overall it was comfortable and well set up.

Apparently the property is in receivership! No soap shampoo hairdryer etc !not sure who is even running the place.. Very sad tired place!!!

Attending a family gathering

Beautifully clean, everything I needed was there; coffee, tea, kettle, microwave, fridge, clean dishes and plenty of space. The bath was a brilliant surprise and it was wonderful. The lock box at the door was great, easy to use and so convenient.

No office to go to for assistance! No signs anywhere! We could NOT even get to our room (which we eventually found ) as there were 35 to 40 steps up to it! (the whole reason I requested a room with walk in shower on the ground floor!) Will not recommend this to anybody ever!

Air conditioning did not work properly, no soap provided. A table suitable for eating from, would be welcome as well as a chair

The room was better than I expected.

Great place to stay. A little attention to detail in room cleanliness is needed. Fridge & kettle could be cleaner. Comfortable bed. Spa extremely noisy. I would stay again.

Stayed in the hotel for a night only on our way to Perth. Suited us to a tee, the room was comfortable and restaurant was close

Trouble trying to open the lock key -- no instuctions. No soap or body wash. Very untidy outsde.
