The location is superb, and value to money However, the cleanliness need to be improved. The towel is dirty, not clean. The bed is very hard, unlike normal hotel, soft and fluffy. Also, me and my family come during the winter period December. The whether is very cold. However, the hot water is limited! The hot water is only enough to cover for 1 person shower. The next person have to wait for at least 30mins+ to have enough hot water to have a full shower. As we reach sapa by sleeper bus, we reach there at 6am, no early check in. Even though i have a voucher applied, to have free early check in, the hotel person didnt allow me to early check in. Overall, if u come during summer, and short period, it is good hotel, as the location is superb. But not really recommended to come this hotel during winter period.

Khách sạn rất sạch sẽ, phòng mới, các thiết bị đều hoạt động tốt, có Smart TV luôn, ăn sáng 1 món (Mì nước/Mì xào/Trứng), theo mình là ổn trong tầm giá. Nhân viên vui vẻ, nhiệt tình. Vị trí rất tốt, chỉ cách khách sạn M Gallery Hotel de Couple vài chục m, phù hợp cho ace Hướng Dẫn Viên.
