The facilities are terrible, with the toilet and water constantly clogged. The receptionist was unfriendly. If you're looking for a similarly priced hotel nearby with better facilities, consider staying overnight. I stayed there to take my parents to Siloam Hospital.

The TV remote is broken. I've asked the receptionist and they told me to wait a minute, but they haven't replaced it yet. The sink faucet is broken, and the water coming out of the shower is also very small.

Waiting time for check in was almost 1 hour. For a spacious room, the wifi is slow and the TV doesn't work. The bathroom is clean, only there is a leak in the toilet.

The window lock is broken. The curtains cannot be closed properly.

The room is ordinary. This is an ordinary accommodation, not a hotel. The bed sheets and pillows are yellow and old. There were ants and old blood stains on the blanket. The staff are really sensitive + the condition of the rooms is very bad. Put the food for a while and then cover it.

For hotel management, the mattress is no longer good/it's been like that for a long time. Back pain. Humid room, toilet doesn't work well, no hot water. There is a threat that if the room is stained with blood there will be a fine, not recommended.

Sesuai harga karena murah. Katanya full padahal kosong:(., ribet, ac debuan, kepala temoat tidur jg gtu, kamar mandi licin bgt, pintunya rusak, kamar gaada lampu cuma lampu tidur. Kayak ga niat terima tamu. 🙂
