The staff was amazing

Efficient staff clean facility and above average breakfast

Keyara was amazing for check-in! We were tired and she got us checked in swiftly and was super nice on top of everything else. Beds are comfy and room was very clean! Would stay here again.

Housekeeping was having social time in the hallways for too long and too loudly. The rooms are too small and are falsely advertised as having microwaves and mini-kitchens. I found out that it only applied to the Home2Suites next door, but I was unable to be moved. The parking situation is terrible. This might be fine for someone who only needs a place to sleep, but overall, it was a big disappointment for us for three days and nights.

Great service, nice rooms.

A lot of amenities for the price. Great for families. Very comfortable. Great free breakfast options in a world where that is going away. Will book again our next time through town.

Very kids friendly for any family traveling

Good place for 1 night.

Newer property in a good location. Nice wide open reception area and pleasant staff - I even got a phone call prior to my arrival to see if I had any specific requests for my stay. That was a nice touch. Breakfast was on par with most Hilton properties. The only improvements could be: 1) The glass shower door would not stay closed tight. 2) I could not figure out how to keep the AC fan on without it cycling on and off. 3) I forgot my deodorant and the front desk did not have any complementary travel size deodorant. Nothing major but just improvements that could be made. Overall 4.9 out of 5.

My favorite hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They he hotel is extremely clean and the rooms very comfortable.

As usual, Tru does not disappoint. Nice room, great beds. We love Tru hotels.
