La Quinta Inn and Suites in Holbrook is located near I-40, it is convenient for one night rest if you are driving long distance and want to divide the driving time per day. But there is nothing to do near the hotel. Also my room had carpet, the window does not open it is not possible to get fresh air other than operating wall unit which circulates the dust anyway. Plus side: very well furnished, modern looks, good amenities and good breakfast.

Hotel seemed newer than its five year age. Everything clean and in order. Convenient to I-40; town of Holbrook nothing to see, but the hotel is a nice oasis.

The location and physical property was excellent as expected. The rooms have good size refrigerator and microwave. Our biggest problem was with the breakfast. There was no cereal, no milk and not even any plain hot water to make the oatmeal packets! Also there was no orange juice or other b breakfast beverage except apple juice and coffee. These are items that are present at all similar hotel breakfasts!!

Beautiful property. Well managed

Our room was across from the ice machine which was very noisy.

Not much in this area, but close to National park and this hotel was clean and modern.

Very comfortable bed and sheets. Room was spacious and clean. Front desk staff were super friendly. Location was great. Breakfast was good. The hotel looked brand new but front desk said it’s about 4 years old! They’re doing a great job keeping it maintained.

Didn’t have an alarm clock for the room and couldn’t find one for us but that I could live with but the two cockroaches in the room we couldn’t live with which is part of the reason we won’t be back

The power went out and we had limited water that was brown for 2 days. Hair found in the shower

It was an ok stay. Rooms are kinda small and nothing fancy. Could hear through the walls and doors slamming down the hall. Lobby was clean and plenty of parking. Breakfast was good.

We stayed at La Quinta for one night to visit the petrified forest. The property seems new or newly renovated with clean and modern facilities, a clean and nice pool and a good breakfast buffet.

Stayed in Holbrook a week ago for this cross country move. I was at another place very nearby and there is no comparison - this new La Quinta is far superior in terms of being new, cleanliness, amenities, location…to date, this is the only place we’d stay in Holbrook.
