Rooms were clean, staff was very nice and breakfast was great! Lots of options, ver nice seating area.

Matt at the front desk answered all of our questions and was always available to point you to the hot coffee and tea or ice water that was available all the time. The room was super comfortable. The free breakfast was amazing and provided many healthy options and a few treats as well. My family and I would highly recommend the Fairfield Inn in Orillia.

The hotel was excellant, room 217 was very clean, very plesent surrondings, also very welcoming, staff both at the front desk and breakfast area very attentive to peoples needs and wants, Great to see this type of profesiolalism these days. It was a great one night stay! Highly recommend!!

Everyone was so friendly. I arrived earlier than posted checkin time with 4 grandkids and they got us a room extremely quickly and the kids were in the pool all afternoon. Extremely clean and local to all the shipping and restaurants.

Highly recommend as this property was the cleanest and most comfortable stay I’ve had at any hotel at this price point and even more comfortable than higher priced rooms I’ve stayed in.

Nice property, clean. Staff is great. Avoid rooms on the top floor specifically rooms 518 and higher. These rooms are under the rooftop HVAC units and there is a constant droning noise. Sounds like a teain in the distance. Had to use ear plugs to sleep

Easy check in and out, was only there to sleep but it was a nice hotel! Beds could be more comfortable but it was only a one night sleep for us.

Great hotel with an amazing breakfast provided

All the staff was attentive and welcoming. We found the hotel room clean, including the bathroom and shower tiles. Even if there was a large group of young basketball players the night when we were there, it was quiet at night. The breakfast had so many options and the eating area is spacious. I would return again.

The room was very nice and clean massive shower. The staff was above and beyond. Even with youth hockey teams it was still quiet.
