We had 2 separate bookings for party of 4, 2 rooms for 3 nights. One was paid and the other pay at the hotel. Unfortunately, they gave away one room to someone else. So we had only one room at 4. The older male check in staff was rude and would not allow my 82 year old mother into that room because her name is not on the reservation. He said the

Clean room, friendly staff, breakfast keep me alive for the day as i usually don’t know when will I find food during the day when visiting the city as a tourist, hotel provides drinking water refill, just need to use your own bottle. Close to bus station.

The most bes sheets were dirty and stained

The hotel is clean which is always appreciated. The breakfast is good too, nothing grand, quite repititive but for someone who doesn't eat much breakfast it served it's purpose. The staff are nice and helpful. My major complaint is that the bathroom in my hotel room was quite small and the handwash sink was in the bedroom i guess cause there was no space in the bathroom. It was not pleasing to the eyes espciall as someone who loves interior decor. The wifi in the room is horrible. Crazy enough it works perfectly fine on the ground floor or in the hall way. Good stay overall

Close to the shrine of Our Lady of Guadalupe, clean rooms, great breakfast and friendly staff

Everything about this hotel was great, with the exception of the fact that it is surrounded by heavily trafficked roads and highways. We stayed in this area for 2 weeks because it was close to family. The rooms were upgraded and modern. AC worked great. Our bathroom was large and shower was 5 star. Receptionists were friendly and helpful, unfortunately, I did not get their names. Breakfast although, the same everyday, was get with loads of choices. Itzel and Michelle in the cafe were so pleasant and friendly. They made sure we had everything we needed and our plates were cleared promptly. The hotel is located a short walk to a transportation hub. Moving by Uber or Taxi is inexpensive. If you are accustomed to the craziness, noise and traffic of an inner metropolitan city location, this is the place for you. If you are looking for a lux place, look elsewhere. For us, it met our needs perfectly.
