Nice hotel 👍, clean & housekeeping good service

The air-conditioning is not cold. I moved rooms 3 times. All the rooms were not cold enough, around 23 to 24 degrees Celsius.

Staff very friendly. Willing to help whatever we ask.

Good location, clean, and nice staff

The breakfast food is delicious but cleanliness is something that needs to be considered when I checked in. There were 2 dead cockroaches in the toilet of the room. Overall the hotel is pleasant and close to everywhere.

Near cafes, restaurants, and close to several well-known hospitals.

I like stay again in this hotel, the breakfast so good the location is perfect, the staff so helpful. The room very nice big and clean, only one thing the bed so hard maybe need more under layer to make it softer … but overall it excellent.

Rugi kalau ke Penang tidak menginap di hotel ini, kamarnya luas dan lampunya terang dan sarapan-nya susah diurai enaknya.

Room is clean as its still a new hotel and spacious. However, the service can certainly be upgraded-requested a fresh bath towel, yet it never come after 30 mins awaiting. Instead, we have to come down to the lobby to request a fresh bath towel.

Resepsionis yang membantu waktu check in bernama Ayu sangat baik, sopan dan amat sangat membantu dalam. Memberikan informasi. Kami waktu check in jam 13.00 dan saat itu kamar belum ready. Begitu kamar ready jam 14.30 ybs menghubungi dan memberitahukan bahwa kamar sudah ready. Untuk kasur, betul seperti review tamu-tamu sebelumnya bahwa kasur untuk ukuran Marriott termasuk keras. Untuk kebersihan kamar sudah oke.

The room isn't big, but the single bed is big. Can make both 1 bed x 2 beds. According to the price of 3 million.

Sangat layak dihuni hotel ini, tidak ada celah untuk di komentar jeleknya, kamarnya terang dan tidak berisik dan makanannya enak dan sarapannya luar biasa, padahal hanya bintang empat saja dan sangat dekat dengan lokasi kuliner.

I have selected a room with sofa bed but when we arrived we have given room without sofa bed.
