The room was always clean.

The hotel itself was fine, good value and everything as advertised BUT i would not stay there again . The reason being is that there’s so much building work going on around the hotel with constant drilling and 2 super large cranes hovering over the top of the hotel . We did complain to reception but they just shrugged their shoulders and said it’s not in our hotel and we cando nothing. You booked through Expedia, they should have told you at the time of booking, which they did not.

This was my 5th stay and its still as great as it was on my 1st visit.

Great hotel with fantastic Staff, amazing price, Gym, pool, restaurant, pub, SPA treatments. Already booked my next trip and stay here agin.

My 3rd stay here, the staff are always pleasant and helpful. Accommodation modern and clean. Roof top sun terrace perfect. The location is ideal for public transport and restaurants. Would recommend

disappointing hotel! Booked a room with a sun terrace at a much higher price than a standard room. However due to the location of the room the Terrace never gets the sun! The hotel advises that the rooms are soundproofed....they are definitely not! The hotel advises that the rooftop pool has a bar, they fail to advise it is closed and the only bar is on the ground floor and seats 18 people. The sheets do not fit the bed! The towels start off as good quality and my the end of your stay are small, threadbare with holes! The hotel appears to enrolled into a timeshare / ownership program as tourists are constantly being shown around the hotel and fed lies that are very clearly heard...in fact I heard several times around the pool that some of the hotel guests were just general public and talked about in a degrading manner, but the hotel was happy to accept our money Would not recommend this hotel!

Nice modern hotel close to plenty of shops and restaurants. Breakfast had a good variety of options. The coffee at breakfast was horrible so I recommend bringing your own satchels. Only other concern was the duvet nearly covered the bed so we asked for an additional one so at least we were covered! We were there mid October and the pool bar was closed but you could still relax by the pool. Overall, great value hotel for such a beautiful area.

This hotel was just ok. The room was clean however it did take until 4pm for the room to be cleaned and new towels provided. The rooms are a bit outdated. The balcony was very small and overlooked other balconies at the back of another hotel. Service was a bit slow at the hotel bar. The hotel breakfast was disappointing, it was not good quality and not tasty - and a bug crawled over the table while I was eating. The best thing about the hotel is the pool area and infinity pool which were amazing. It was in good area, easy to walk to the harbour etc. I would not stay again.

Breakfast food was only aired and restricted use of a/c was wrong, you pay for a fully air conditioned room not controlled by management. Otherwise it's a lovely clean well placed hotel.

The staff are extremely helpful and lovely . Very small balcony and a side sea view but was sufficient for my stay on this occasion . A pity they don't offer a dinner option there . But overall it was a lovely break .

Excellent hotel staff lovely at reception so helpful. Rooms excellent cleanliness and changed towels every day. Great location to town. The breakfast was excellent great food options and lovely atmosphere. Would definitely stay again.

Pool area is very small - too many beds squashed in Penthouse rooms consistently have water coming onto the outdoor terrace from the outdoor pool above Need to improve the selection at breakfast ie change the bread fruit cereal options Was the same ootiobs every day

For our budget this hotel provided excellent value for money. Breakfast choice was adequate and the staff were friendly. The bus terminal was just at the end of the road so location great if that's how you plan to get around. All in all a nice place to stay.
