A special 5 stars for Mr. Johan, Anderson's staff. He was very helpful from the beginning of my booking. The only negative and disappointing thing was the Anderson staff themselves, especially the security guard who was completely unhelpful. I'm a layman and this was my first time trying this apartment because checking in after 6 PM had to be done independently. The security guard should have been able to help with the access key retrieval service, at least. I don't know if this is bad management or what, even getting in and out of the parking lot was very troublesome (because I was just dropping off). A luxury apartment connected to a mall, but the information system for directions and so on is very unclear and inadequate, especially the security guard who was useless there, not helpful at all. The point is before booking here, ask for clear information about parking, how to access the P floor to get the key (for your information, I waited a long time until I asked another resident to go to the P floor (fortunately the resident was willing because not all residents were willing). The point is if you don't want to be bothered, don't be here. Apart from that, I really appreciate Mr. Johan as the admin I contacted. Next time I won't come here again, but if I become Mr. Johan's customer in another apartment, maybe I will still be willing. Thank you. Note: If I'm not mistaken, I got unit 2133, a 2-bedroom room, the problem was that the toilet was badly clogged, the rest was okay. Bunk beds and another room was 1 bedroom and there was a long sofa, it could accommodate 4 people.
