The new hotel is very clean. The design is very convenient and suitable. Soft bed. Swimming pool is not large but also comfortable. There is a beautiful lawn in front of the hotel, a rocky beach to take pictures. Breakfast view with wide window overlooking the sea. Surrounded by many seafood restaurants and specialty shops, convenient to buy gifts. I was able to upgrade to the sea view room for free. Enthusiastic reception. Breakfast is okay. In general, the hotel is as expected, nothing to criticize. There is the location at the beach end. I don't know if it's the season or the last beach, but the beach is not clear.

I stayed 2 nights. Service staff is good but still very stiff and moldy. The first night the fire alarm system was broken, the security guard was not professional. 1:30 All guests jog from the 18th floor to the ground. The next day there was no apology from the hotel. When I checked out, I asked the front desk first and then went down to have breakfast, and when I finished eating, I came back to receive the answer that it was not worthy. Then the stained towel had to wait to be washed before leaving. These little things should have been ignored, the hotel should proactively compensate for the night of May 1

Book a room for 4 people and check in at the hotel, 2 children will be charged. While the booking form shows 2 adults 2 children. App is not clear when booking overpressure. Feedback is not supported. feel frustrated with 1 big App that does boring business. do not want to use the service of this App anymore

No complaints whatsoever, pretty pleasant stay, situated right across the beach. However, if the pool could be cleaned more regularly would've been better
