The room was clean, but the soundproofing was poor. Outside noises were very audible (music, people talking in the hallway). The bathroom was basic. Easy access to the mall, within walking distance. The restaurant and food service were good. Free self-service laundry is available. Recommended. Continue to improve the service, cleanliness, and comfort. Best of luck.

It's better to choose a room without breakfast; the price isn't worth it for the à la carte menu. Especially if you're traveling alone, the breakfast you've paid for for two people can only be used for one à la carte menu. The à la carte portion is based on your physical presence at the restaurant during breakfast. What??? Savings are fine, but don't sacrifice service. The waitstaff is incredibly rude.

Cleanliness needs to be improved. Corridor bed odor, bathroom shower valve too hard, toilet bowl shaking, bedsheet not changed, shower cap no replacement, and cleaner took out the old one. Towel looks dirty and black.

Great hotel directly at the beach. Has a gym, free yoga, and other fitness lessons. The rooftop sunbathing area is great and spacious. Really good price-quality ratio.

A very nice new hotel, I enjoyed my three-day stay. The only downside is the basement parking, which is small and limited for cars. The parking needs immediate improvement, with clutter removed or tidied up to increase parking space.

The staff are friendly, they don't differentiate between locals and foreigners. Please maintain your friendliness, because many people are racist towards locals.

It was not a great experience while staying this time in Mamaka. Not much food variety for bfast. The worst thing was we just came back to hotel room before midnight and found out strong smell in the room. Hotel staff said that it was because the pest control which was done earlier. Come on…you have guest staying in that floor and you did pest control with strong smell whole night. We just stayed in the room even we’ve been offered to move to other room with different room type. Because my kids already tired and sleepy. If you do room renovation, don’t accept hotel guest. Because the guest will not be comfortable during their stay. Food for bfast not much option, taste also not very good. Bun for the egg benedict was overcooked (burned). We will try to find bfast from outside for the rest 2 days stay in Mamaka.

I booked this hotel through Traveloka and paid IDR 1.6M for one night. After spending a week in Bali, we wanted our final night to be near the airport and in the Kuta area. Overall, things were fine—except for two major issues: 1. Extremely thin walls. I could clearly hear an Indian man talking from midnight until 5 a.m. I had to bang on the wall to make them stop because I couldn’t reach the reception. 2. Terrible communication system. There’s no phone in the room, and the receptionist didn’t properly explain how to sign in to the Mamaka app to message the hotel. They told us to scan a QR code in the room, but there wasn’t one. I even tried calling the hotel using the number listed on Google—no answer at all. Unbelievable. If you’re expecting a buffet breakfast, prepare to be disappointed. Breakfast includes only one dish from the menu, plus coffee, juice, and one muffin. For IDR 1.6M per night, it’s just not worth it. On a positive note, the rooftop pool area is fantastic—clean water with no chlorine smell, great lounging experience, and beautiful views of Kuta Beach. We spent the entire afternoon there. Would I stay here again? I’m honestly not sure. I’d have to reconsider. The thin wall is something to think of.
