2. The lady who took care of it also didn't tell me I had to pay in advance in cash, because I booked it and paid at check-in. because I was tired at 10 a.m. at night it just arrived so I didn't get it, finally tomorrow when I checked out I intended to ask, but when I called around no one appeared at the front desk, then someone showed up, then I said I wasn't billed the hotel money means that it will be deducted directly to my credit card in the application? The mas said yes, because it has been answered yes, I think it is clear that it will be paid by my KK, because I have entered my KK and made it a payment guarantee in the application, which is in accordance with the terms of the application, if the guest does not pay directly at the hotel, then the KK will be the hotel fee will be charged.
Then suddenly after checking out it took quite a while, I was hired by the homestay admin, I was asked to transfer to his account, then I asked the mas, he said yes if it was deducted automatically from my credit card, yes I objected because I was worried it would also be cut from the application , then said the admin said he guaranteed it would not be charged double. Then I agreed to pay to his account, actually I objected because I was traveling to another place, where my cell phone was also low battery, why not just directly from my family card, anyway I was paid the same. After that, I will give criticism to the admin next time, please tell the guests directly to pay cash up front, so that both are delicious and don't think the guests want to run away, because the guests think that if they don't get billed, it means that they will be automatically deducted from the credit card, because if it's in another hotel, I was billed when I wanted to check in, I thought oh maybe it's the lady who takes care of the opening and holds the money, anyway, the homestay phone number is wrong in the app, she just answers, I don't know. Then instead of saying sorry and thank you for the input, it's like justifying the receptionist, he said, usually the guest already knows and pays immediately without being asked, then if the guest says he has paid via credit card, then the guest knows.
It's strange, the guard should have told me directly at check-in, he didn't even tell me, he even looked for it at check-out, no one was there, I also asked the mas who helped lift the suitcase there, the mas said it was okay, it was automatically deducted from the KK. Yes, I'm not wrong, because I was trying to ask before checking out, and anyway, when I was at my home, I also answered okay, I transferred, but when I was given criticism, the answer was not professional. the admin and receptionist are the same, no professional and friendly, and even say you don't need to be paid, just consider it worth my criticism, so I'm satisfied. Wow, that's really good, even though I also want to transfer but I don't want to be criticized. I'm complaining because of your attitude that you can't accept criticism, even though it was clear that your receptionist was not pro and unfriendly from the start but instead I was the one who seemed to be accused when I said I had paid via credit card, even though I told the man who was on duty because I don't know where it was at that time the receptionist, I said as above, that I said, is this expected to be deducted from my credit card which I guaranteed in the application when placing an order, the mas said yes, so I consider it clear!
