The worst hotel I've ever stayed in in Ho Chi Minh. The bathroom was broken and the water flowed everywhere, which made my bed wet. I complained to the receptionist, but they didn't have a blanket, so I had to wait until the next day to change rooms, which meant I had to sleep without a blanket and with a wet mattress condition. After the next morning, no one came to my room to apologize and move me to another room, so I decided not to change rooms. But when I asked to clean my room from 12 to 3 PM, no one came to do it. So I decided to check out and move to another hotel. When I checked out, the receptionist didn't ask me why I checked out early when I should have checked out two days later.

I informed the housekeeping staff before I left, but they didn't clean it. Otherwise, everything was fine. The room was a bit small, but considering its location in District 1, it was reasonable. There were plenty of food options and amenities nearby.

The hotel smelled bad, the room was right next to the lobby so it was very noisy and hard to sleep in, the window let in a lot of sunlight, the bathroom had an open-air shower, the slippers were dirty, and the soundproofing was poor.

The central location in District 1 offers convenient access to many points within District 1 specifically, and other areas in general.

The staff were enthusiastic, the room was a little small but the bed linens were clean.

During our two-day stay, there was no housekeeping staff. The hot and cold water didn't work. The towels were dirty and I didn't dare use them.

Bedroom is clean, toilet is clean also, the AC is super cold, so nice stay in here, when I'll come back definitely stay here again ❤️

Welcome to the hotel with the rare 'open-air' toilet in Vietnam, where you can lie in bed and still 'fully share' the experience with your roommate in the toilet, from hearing to smell. PS: Not recommended for those with sleep problems; the sound of flushing at night will make you feel like you're in the toilet too.
