The hotel is beautiful, small but very efficient. It's close to My Khe Beach, easily walkable. I was impressed by the staff's helpfulness; they spoke excellent English and were very friendly. The price was great; booking a car through them was much better than Grab. They had a fantastic deal! Thank you so much, everyone was lovely. Thailand loves Vietnam ❤️🤟🏻🫶🏻

The space is beautiful, but the room is quite small, and because there's no sunlight, it has a slightly damp smell when you first arrive.

This is a very beautiful hotel. The service from the front desk staff was excellent, and they allowed us to leave our luggage before check-in time. The downsides are that there were many mosquitoes in the bathroom, and there was a constant noise from the pipes that disturbed my sleep. The bathroom area is quite narrow; my knees almost hit the door (I'm 158 cm tall). The breakfast selection wasn't very varied; I didn't know what to eat. The pho was delicious as a main course. However, the convenience, beauty of the hotel, the staff, and the location are all excellent. My only complaints are the mosquitoes, the pipe noise, and the lack of breakfast variety.

The hotel is lovely, quiet, and the rooms are spacious. There is a delicious seafood restaurant nearby, so convenient to walk to eat. The downside is that the room is spacious but the toilet is too small, so inconvenient 🥲 The breakfast menu is limited, only 2-3 dishes, and the room booking fee is not cheap in my opinion 🥲 Another thing is that I accidentally went to the wrong room that day, but I still got the card 🥹🥹 The hotel should review the card from our side

I don't know if the hotel has just changed owners, but when I checked in, I waited in the lobby for a long time, but no one came out to help me bring my luggage in. The receptionist also didn't know where he went. I waited for a long time before he came out to let the guest check in. I felt completely disappointed.

Breakfast was pretty bad, the meatloaf in the noodle bowl tasted weird. Rooms were clean, had architecture, but were a bit dark, soundproofing wasn't very good. Staff were friendly and helpful

I really love this hotel. The balcony room is very nice. The staffs were polite and the receptionist was very helpful too! You can buy the bana hills ticket from the rececptonist with the same official price and you can book transport to bana hills and hoi an via receptionist as well. And the transport fee could be cheaper than grab!
