Strategic and close to culinary center

strategic, close to everywhere. only parking is quite burdensome for ojol. because to drop and pick up you have to pay for 1 hour of parking.

friendly and helpful staff, can be used for small groups so it is more economical because you don't have to rent 2 rooms

It's suitable, the only downside is that it doesn't have a water hitch, everything else is good.

I stayed at Signature Park Grande by Aparian for 2 days. The location is strategic and the facilities are adequate. The first impression when I saw the room was good, clean. Complete kitchen equipment. There is gas, pans, plates, bowls and glasses. Comfortable bedroom. Just a sofa bed for the room which is not comfortable because it has collapsed a bit. There is a large swimming pool too. Children are happy. The staff is also quick to help in & out. Thank You. Recommended place to stay with your family.

That was great experience to stay in this apartment. Staff was friendly and quick response. The location is really strategic nearby LRT, Commuter line and TransJakarta.

Cockroaches insects are very scary.

Stay far away from this place lots of critters from cockroaches to big ants to bedbugs.

I really like staying, especially since the swimming pool is really big and comfortable, there's a jacuzy too, next time I'll stay here again.

The room is ok and clean, only the security guard at the swimming pool is a bit stiff. We as tenants are like being interrogated. We have card access because we paid, so we can enter the swimming pool area, they should have welcomed us well. Friendly.

It's not bad for that price, already included swimming and free wifi, the minus is why there are lots of small cockroaches especially at night, please pay more attention to cleanliness.🙏.

Allowed early check-in at a cost of 100 thousand, neat and clean rooms, complete furniture, complete kitchen equipment, good apart location along with many facilities. Worth the cost of 400 thousand issued.

Very satisfied 2 night staycation here, complete facilities, there is TV, wifi, air conditioning in the room and in the TV room for the 2BR, cleanliness, even for cooking simple meals, there is a stove and quite complete kitchen utensils, only the microwave doesn't work, the rest really worth it.
