The room is clean, the view is nice, the bathroom is clean 👍

Different from the one in the photo, so far from expectations, the bed is really bad, dirty, the shower is broken, the bathroom smells, the sofa is ugly, basically the interior is not good. Regret it, it would be better for a regular customer to get on the 25th floor

There are lots of small cockroaches on the floor and climbing into the refrigerator, and it looks like it hasn't been cleaned. The cupboard can't be used.

The room wall is broken, the room is the dirty, and the STB have a problem, so we couldn't enjoy to watch the TV.

The room needs deepcleaning as it full of cockroaches, the toilet smells bad, and hot water is not available. Lastly, there are no sensible check out procedure as I was stuck at the lift for few minutes because we were asked to leave the keycard inside the room.

Friendly staff, facilities more than okay. Only access from the motorbike parking lot to the room is a bit complicated.

The first unit of the mattress, oh my God, makes my back hurt.

The first unit's mattress was not very thin, the second unit was better. Overall at Doubletree it is clean and the service is satisfactory.

I have become a weekly subscriber to Doubletree and have never been disappointed with the unit provided. It's just that sometimes the admin is not friendly towards subscribers.

There are lots of small cockroaches in the cupboard, kitchen, floor near the bed, bathroom and the room smells musty. Ask for a room request, say it's full. There is no solution from the agent. And this will be the first and last time ordering a room at this agent.

Lokasi strategis, kebersihan kamar ok, dapur ok, toilet ok air panas berfungsi, minus AC tidak dingin, cek kulkas ada sisa minuman/ice cream yang belum di buang. Saran seharusnya bekerja sama dengan pihak parkir untuk free parkir karena stay seharian lumayan juga untuk biaya parkirnya.

Okay service, comfortable rooms, cold AC, Netflix and super fast WiFi. Excellent.
