However, we will explain about the case of sis why you were reprimanded, because of complaints from neighbors in other rooms, so we as managers gave you the option to move to a room that had no neighbors so that when your child cried there would be no more complaints but you did not agree. It is true that we reprimanded, but we gave options not without options, sis.
