Best, very affordable, and helpful staff!

the hotel is comfortable and the rooms are clean and spacious, the staff are friendly, the hotel atmosphere is quiet, suitable for those who like to be alone, it's just a shame it's far from where we can find food. suggestion: maybe they can provide eating utensils such as plates/bowls, spoons and forks if we want to eat at the hotel after buying food from outside

There is no receptionist, it seems there is only a security guard doing double duty.

There's only one thing missing in my opinion, if possible, a mirror could be added in the room for make-up.

Homestay in a very cozy residential area. Although the front door is always closed at night, there is another access through the side door. Like staying at home but the atmosphere is in a hotel. The father is always kind and friendly, I have stayed at this hotel 3 times ❤️

In general, this guest house building is quite pleasant when I stayed because it is in a private location behind the Ijen Suites Hotel (safe, comfortable, clean) except for the room I occupied no. 6, the minus is the bathroom which is not a decent size and is moldy, otherwise it is ok for those who like to exercise in the morning, the surrounding area is very supportive because it is in the luxurious Ijen area (if in Surabaya it is equivalent to Citraland)

The hotel is highly recommended, the rooms are comfortable, the toilets are clean and spacious, the balcony is great for drinking coffee in the morning, the meals are delicious, the prices are standard, you won't regret it.

A comfortable guest house in a luxurious housing complex. Quiet and peaceful. It is indeed a bit difficult to find food, you have to take the car out. But I saw that this place also provides food by order.
