Location & cleanliness are top notch! Food needs improvement.

The parking lot is narrow so it takes a long time to get down to the lobby. The room is standard but not soundproof, I woke up at 3 am because the room next door was noisy. The breakfast was disappointing, there were few types of food. Came for breakfast at 7 but many were already empty. The taste is standard 6/10.

Fun with family.

Excellent staff at reception, restaurant, room cleaning, and laundry service. Very clean room with spotless bed-sheets. The restaurant a-la-carte offers delicious food, while the breakfast is so-so, the sliced fruit is too old. Nice pool but a bit dirty. Very poor Wi-Fi, I had to hotspot.

The taste of food, especially for side dishes, I think it should be improved, not only the taste but also the variety. I have experience staying at Courtyard in Bandung and Santika Hotel in Garut, it's the same 4-star hotel, same price. But, the food quality is much better than Swiss-Bellinn Hotel Bogor. The facility is actually already good, but unfortunately, I found a broken bathroom door handle and also the television is not equipped with Netflix. The price is already more than 1 million, I think it's better to be equipped with better facilities, at least for food taste and Netflix on TV.

the minus of the bathroom, the shower is broken and wastes water and the water stagnates, it's useless to use a mat if the mat is wet. should have used a hand shower, it's more water efficient and doesn't splash everywhere...

All hotel staff and managers are very friendly and responsive in serving the needs of hotel guests. The hotel is very comfortable, since I first stayed at this hotel in 2021, and always come back to stay at this hotel. The hotel's location is convenient, near the Bogor toll exit, not congested, on the same road as the hospital, near the city center, in the hotel environment and near the hotel there are many choices of restaurants. The hotel's location is close to the villa duta mosque and the grand mosque of Bogor if you want to pray Friday prayers.

The superior room is very cozy & worth it. I had a restful day full of comforts.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, when we were swimming they immediately offered us towels. Then when we were having breakfast, because we were in a group, we immediately looked for seats together.

The hotel location is very strategic, kids friendly, there is a children's playground and kids pool. Stayed here twice and always satisfied. Thank you Swissbelln Bogor

the hotel staff is very friendly in helping check in and check out the location is close to everywhere and there are many cafes around the hotel the hotel atmosphere is comfortable breakfast is so good and yummy the swimming pool is nice and spacious..there is one for children and adults next can staycation here again thanks Swiss belinn Bogor

The view from the room is very beautiful, the facilities are okay, I happened to be on the 11th floor right next to the gym, the location of the hotel is very strategic, close to places to eat and cafes.

The location was very strategic, surrounded by great cafes and restaurants. The hotel is not kid-friendly because they wanted to charge me due to my child vomiting.

The service is very friendly, the rooms are clean, there are many choices for breakfast and there are also many restaurants around the hotel.

OK, according to this price, it's definitely worth it. Just make the coffee a little better, so we don't have to look for coffee outside, please.

Amazing experience at this Hotel. While staying, there was a 4.1 SR earthquake in Bogor and what I really appreciate is the hotel staff who were responsive in helping to evacuate guests on the emergency stairs until they gathered in the hotel lobby. All guests were given mineral water and information about earthquake safety 💯

1. Unable check in until past 16.00, lots of guest waiting in lobby. 2. During breakfast there was 2 unused table which was “reserved” while there was long queue of waiting guest which some guest was ultimately upset making the situation uncomfortable. 3. Poor soundproof as voice from hallway spill into the room. 4. Room service knocked on door at 10.00 asking availability for room cleaning, we said we need 30 mins as we are planning to go out. When leaving, we left mark that room request service, return at 16.00 and the room was not yet cleaned so we have to wait inside the room while they clean. We liked the hotel location however service needed to be improved significantly.

It was so much fun to have an Eid holiday in Bogor & stay at Swiss Belinn. This is the 3rd time staying at this hotel. Everything went smoothly and was well served, starting from vehicle parking, comfortable rooms and very varied breakfast. Got free lebaran cake because I booked 2 rooms. All the staff are very friendly, the food is delicious, but when I checked in, it turned out the room wasn't ready and was being made up. I only got a room at 15.30 even though I arrived at the hotel at 14.30. Maybe it was a busy long weekend.
