Reception was highly unfriendly during check-in, keeping me about 15min and asking me about the price I paid for the room in EUR and not providing me with the room key, and not accepting the fact that room was already paid by me as the receipt was showing the CHF amount only. She was very aggressive, even though I stayed calm and repeating multiple times that I habe paid the room already and showing the receipt repeatedly, despite the fact that it was already 2am in the night and I was trying to check in after a 20 hours drive. This was my worst hotel experience ever.

Clean room, kind staff, and English speaking staff was a major bonus : )

Hotel and rooms are good, but location is a big minus as it’s completely at the other end of the city where you cannot find any public transport. For a tourist it’s best to avoid this place.

Quiet, convenient, very clean. Its also close enough to everything we wanted to do in the Salzburg area.

Everything was really good about the property except the waiter at the restaurant who charged me 5 euros for a thing of ketchup and 5 euros for a glass of water

Excellent stay with good customer service. Be mindful of the border crossing, which can get quite busy at times. Check your route carefully. Has a Mcdonald's, which is great for a quick bite. Good breakfast at the restaurant too, as well as a decent Schnitzel too!

Room is hot, you have to open the window to get some fresh air, but the noise of the motorists is terrible. Linen, carpet, room, and over all stay it felt like spending night in the hospital. Hotel needs renovation.

This is a low end gas station motel. It is difficult to get to. Nothing special and no positives regarding check in or the stay

The staff was friendly, there was a lot of things in and around the hotel. The pillows were flat and there wasn’t anything spectacular about the room.

Right on the Autobahn. Gas Pumps, McDonald's, convenience store, restaurant and hotel. Roll down storm shutters blocks out light and sound very well. Great shower, very hot water. Buffet breakfast had a wide variety of options. Clean, comfortable room.

The hotel is good, be aware to make sure to stay in a sound proofed room, on the quiet side. These are fine. I once stayed in a standard room facing the highway.

Very handy hotel overlooking the Austria-Germany border, built right next to the motorway. Very convenient for our road trip. Room was comfortable, if a little too warm for my liking. We couldn't leave the windows open due to traffic noise but it was OK Excellent dinner and breakfast at the restaurant. Good prices, exactly what we needed.

Lovely, comfortable hotel, with a great buffet breakfast and nice staff. Unfortunately, it is 5km from Salzburg, with no shuttle service. A taxi was 30 Euros into Salzburg, and 45 back. There were a couple of days when I just stayed in the hotel.

This was one of my worst hotel stays in austria. Starting with the reception that is rarely open, dirty shower and toilet, first I got assigned already used room (which was quickly resolved), the bathroom is super small and the tap was loose. The hotel is next to the highway and you hear it very loud even with closed window (0 soundproof), so prepare for sleepless night. Don't book breakfast, there were flys all over and it is really minimal. At 9:45 I got ask if I'm done because they want to clean up. Fitness and sauna were closed. It is just an way too overpriced bed&breakfast
