The hotel has nothing to criticize, the staff is enthusiastic from check in to check out, the room is large, clean, very comfortable. Beautiful hotel. Booking this hotel on the last day in Hanoi made the mood more comfortable.

A must stay hotel in Hanoi! We had a wonderful trip in Hanoi with nice and friendly staffs there who are willing to support you anytime or any request, beautiful and convenient connecting room for family. The breakfast is alarcarte instead of buffet and quite not diverse due to Covid 19.

Nice hotel, ideal location, from reception to cleaning the room are extremely friendly and professional. I was disappointed at early morning check-in and check-out.The other hotel receptionists did not open the door immediately but were also annoyed to wait, but the O Gallery hotel completely removed that bad impression. . Not only that, the room is quite nice, fully equipped and very comfortable. Only one inconvenience is that the hotel has no overnight parking space, which costs and is exhausting. The rest cannot be criticized.

Room immediately Hang Bong, walk to the church or lake for 7-10 mins, friendly staff, close to Phu Doan street, so many dishes I choose Premium Twin room, large bed room is large so I like it

The hotel is right in Hang Bong, convenient to travel in the old town, super enthusiastic staff, friendly, spacious, clean and European-style decoration. I go right on Christmas occasion, the hotel is only 500m from the City Church, quite convenient walk, will stop by if you visit Hanoi next time.
