It is good place as 4 stars, the property needs some work

The location was good, the staff were friendly but the food was terrible, not much variety and some of the food was reheated. The water bottles were not nestle or Dasani, it was glass bottles that they refill it and didn’t taste good. I had to cancel a night a leave early. I didn’t have a good experience.

Thank you to all the team who were so kind anticipating all our needs. We loved so much our stay that we decided to prolonge it. Special thanks to Abd El Rahman, Awad, Donia and Wesam. See you soon 🇲🇦🇪🇬

We initially came for 2 days and finally prolonged our stay as we really enjoyed the hotel and specifically the service. The people are so kind and so willing to help each time you need it. Actually they even anticipate your needs and don't give you the opportunity to ask. Thank you so much, my son, my wife and I really enjoyed our stay. Abdallah, Awad, Donia, Wissam and all the team (I wish I could name them all) thank you.

Excellent resort for a family holiday on the beach in Egypt. Very helpful and attentive staff and excellent restaurants. For the price is a excellent destination and the kids loved it!

Taxi driver /scheduling person promises good deal and good prices but once you schedule the ride he goes awat and another person comes charges way more, no promised discounts and just bluntly lies and scams . Reception desk was asked to give us a good room for apur Aniversary stay but we got the room worh broken ac and lots of noise next doir something was getting build or something next to our toom. Would not come back to this resort

The place is very beautiful and good the beach is very clean the stuff is very clever and friendly always smiling the food is very delicious and wide variety and the animation team is good me and my family really enjoyed our stay in solymar thank you for every one there

Animation team was very entertaining ,friendly and welcoming , staff all over the property was super helpful ! Sayeed ( mr bean ) at the main restaurant was funny and super helpful ! The over all vibe of the resort force you to cheer up and have a great time no matter what your mood is ;) My boys loved the ( entertainer of short stature) he was super nice !! And we thank him for the good time we had ! Also big shout out to Mustafa the dive instructor who managed to make us all feel comfortable enough to try diving even my 10 year old who usually panics had an unforgettable experience !! Thank you all we will defiantly be back !

The property and staff are amazing. What was unacceptable was the poor food quality. My son refused to eat during the 3 night stay. It’s quite disappointing since everything else was on point. I would have been prepared to pay more if that meant no compromises on the quality of the food in this all inclusive stay. Again through the staff were amazing and did what they could to handle our concerns.

Fantastic hotel and the restaurant staff was amazing and attentive! Good variety of food. Only negative was the amphitheater where the nightly entertainment was held- VERY VERY uncomfortable. No back and you are sitting on concrete no chairs.

What I liked was:- The food and the variety of it. The housekeeping staff were helpful. What I did not like:- The reception staff are gloomy and unfriendly. The beach was full of Jellyfish and there was no warning signs at all as if they were not bothered about the peoples’ safety. The animation team members and most of the staff prefer to engage with others nationalities but not Egyptians which is sad to see that in your country.

Superb service, clean hotel, and nice food. Could not have chosen better

We had a family room - was clean big and spacious -unfortunately no WiFi in rooms we knew this before staying - available in public areas and on the balcony of the room. We had the all inclusive package food choice was amazing and even had 2 on-site a la carte restaurants (oriental and Italian) all local liquor included as well and you can pay extra for the imported stuff. Rooms cleaned daily - hotel had its own private beach and multiple pools - loads of relaxation space outside and the animation team were fab- always trying to get us involved in everything. Fab fab fabbbb hotel!!
