If you are looking for a superb location to spend some time with easy access to Kampot town this super. It has a chilled atmosphere and you feel left with plenty of privacy. It is not a 5 star with lifts pool and room service. But for the price I will say you get a good deal. I can recommend it if you are not the fuzzy type.

We do not happy with that place . They do not have minibar and tv doesn’t work . We actually check in but we didn’t stay there . And we asking Expedia to refund and we didn’t get any responding. We do not happy with that .

The staff is what made the property great. They were helpful and courteous.

Very relax hotel for staying. The only thing need to pay attention to is the room type of the river front. The sound from the motor of the fishing boats nearby and crowing of rooster at 3-4 o'clock in the middle of the night is very noisy, which seriously affects sleep.
