It's really good to book here

Lots of dirty mosquitoes and not like in the ads.

The bed was really dirty, lots of small sand and dust, and the most disgusting thing was spots of mucus. 🤧 luckily it was only a 3-hour transit, and ended up sleeping on a bed cover, the facilities were also disappointing the TV couldn't turn on 🫠.

I just checked out in room 329 the other day, it's nice and comfortable, the AC is also good, but the shower water is a little not strong, the rest is good. I have stayed here many times

a lot of German cockroaches, actually a lot of cockroaches reached the bed and got into my bag because the bag was stuck to the wall covered with wallpaper, it turned out that there were a lot of small cockroaches. 😭

Wrong room reservation, said 100% refund, told to wait for the refund process 1x24 hours, but it's been 2 days and there's been no confirmation. Very disappointed🥲😞.

The cleanliness of the outside of the hotel is lacking but the inside is ok.

There were no towels when checking in. Request a towel from 8.30 pm, until 10.30 pm then get a towel. Even then, I had to go to reception to ask. The room was dirty, there were 2 used cotton buds on the head bed. Very bad!

It says 3 hour transit but can take 2 nights. Please be careful about how this hotel system works. Fraud.

Menunggu kurang lebih 2-3 Jam, dan pelayanan pun kurang memuaskan, kasur sangat buruk banyak besi menonjol dari kasur, sangat tidak recommended.

Guests come and wait for hours with no one there. Confused, it turns out the person is playing games in front. After checking in, guests are given a key and told to find their own room. Unfriendly, musty sheets, towels used by someone. No tissues.

I thought hotels were really for resting because of long journeys, but it turns out that it's a place like that where the music is so loud that the parking lot has to turn around. It's better to rest at a rest area.
