I had the most pleasant stay. But 12:00 noon check out time there are noises in other rooms cleaning annoy me the most.

The room was dusty like the window, table, lamp. I'm allergic to dust. I was sneezing the whole night. But didn't want to disturb as there were few more hours to go. Customer service was good. The girl attended to me nicely. Thanks to her.

Good location. Opposite of the hotel is Tiong Bahru food centre, very convenient. Room is very clean. Highly recommended hotel.

Clean and nice hotel. Friendly and accomodating receptionist/hotel staff. Hotel is just nearby makan place. The only thing was hotel is quite far from my place. Otherwise we had a nice stay! ❤.

It’s a great staycation. We’ve got the pool for ourselves during our stay. Hotel is clean. Though room is small, the bed is big enough. We booked 2 rooms & we got queen and king bed size. Location is near to all food/makan place. A bit sad only because we cannot get late checkout. Overall is great hotel 👍 keep it up

As you had reported on the allergy issue during your stay, our licensed pool vendor has confirmed the water readings are within the benchmark levels.
