Stayed 3 nights in a Deluxe Double room, when checked in the room was clean, large room, breakfast was quite varied. The service was friendly and very helpful all the staff. In the bathroom there is also a hairdryer and bathtub, in the room there is a water heater. For that price, I think it's worth it. A little down there is Dunkin Donut, close to Padang restaurants, if you go to Balikpapan, you can stay again at D'primahotel. Because we got a connecting room, so the noise from the next room was very audible. It was very noisy, but fortunately it was only like that for the first day after that it calmed down comfortably. When we first entered the room, there was a strange smell in the room, I don't know if it was musty or what, but after the second day asked CS to clean the room, our room smelled good.

The place was clean, the service was friendly, but check-in was a bit slow. The room was ready, but we weren't informed unless we asked again. There were few TV channels, and there was often only a little hand soap left when we entered the room.
