The staff's attitude when they found out they booked through the app was very bad, they thought of every way to make things difficult. From adding extra time when checking in before 2pm, not allowing cars to be parked when the basement was empty... even though there were no guests.

khách sạn không có nước uống,nhân viên thái độ không vui vẻ khi biết mình đặt phòng qua ap được mức giá rẻ hơn so với khách sạn,khi mình yêu cầu đổi phòng vì phòng nhiều muỗi thì nhân viên nói tầng trên toàn phòng 2 giường trong khi tháng trước mình mới ở tầng 4 của khách sạn có phòng đơn.

I live in a small room on the 9th floor. It's a bit difficult to sleep at night because of the sound of pumps and electrical equipment on this floor (this is the highest floor). The room is not clean, nor dirty!

If you booked a large bed, then arrange the room with 2 small beds. The female staff was rude and talked rudely to the guests. Even the owner asked why they taught the staff so poorly. Never been to a hotel this bad

The hotel is easy to find, the room is clean, the minibar has only filtered water. I'm just resting so I don't have much experience. Room rates are quite affordable.
