Extremely BAD experience!!! I repeat, extremely BAD My family and I checked in at 5pm, planning to go out to eat and drink, then come back to shower and go out, but we discovered that all 4 rooms had no water (later, a few other Western guests also came down to complain because there was no water). We called the landlord and he said yes, but when we came back late, they still couldn't fix it and they didn't say when it would be available. In the end, the whole group of 8 people had to go to the neighbor's house to take a shower because it was too late. The trouble was not over when the adults in my family were sleeping when the bathroom glass door (right next to the bed) suddenly shattered and fell down, causing my uncle's hand and stomach to bleed. I thought it was just a coincidence that only one room was affected, but the facilities of this house were extremely poor because the shower glass door in my room was also cracked, and the ceiling of my younger brother's room had a hole that kept dripping water, and the shower faucet in the bathroom was also broken!!! I didn't intend to give a bad review because I think the water shortage was also unwanted. But the landlord's behavior was not good! The 500ml bottle of mineral water in the room was charged 10k per bottle, which is not much. We didn't have water so we took that water to brush our teeth and the next day he still charged us as usual even though we clearly said we were using it to brush our teeth, so we paid for it right away to avoid wasting time arguing :)) The free filtered water is not bottled water but the type of water that is poured into a bottle and then covered, so too many people share it, which is not safe and hygienic! (I couldn't take a picture of the bottle so I'll illustrate it for everyone to understand) The bed sheets were dirty, there were ants, my sister had ants crawling into her ear in the middle of the night.... The room smelled really bad, everyone. It was stuffy! Overall, the experience was extremely unstable and I couldn't stand it!!!

Booked a room, but when I arrived, it led to another room. I had questions but didn't say anything so I had to accept the room because I had already paid. The room was boring, as small as a nostril, just enough for 1 bed. There won't be a next time.

The Villa is near to old town, not direct for the noisy, another one road but close to walk and specially madam owner was so helpful to book any online budget transport for me as not only offer her transport ya. Smiley people there. For you people, stay here is great, room is clean not smelly feel like home room. Enjoy your stay.

Friendly host, close to the old town

I am enjoying my stay here. The staff have been very nice and helpful. Overall, this is a hotel which offers good value and within easy walking distance to everything. Recommended.

The hotel is about 1km from the old town. There is no dr cream brush in the room. Although the room is quite large, there are few electrical outlets. There is no elevator so if you carry loose belongings you will be tired. The hotel owner is friendly
