I feel like I've been cheated... the unit that was installed on the app but it doesn't match what I got is very different, the bathroom is really wet, when I complained, I just said it was a random unit... even though there were lots of cheaper prices for this unit... I took this unit. I thought it would match what was installed on the unit, but it turned out to be far from suitable.

Came here because looking for a comfortable place to focus on my work deadline. However, the unit turns out really different from the listed pictures on application. Not classy nor comfortable at all. When asked regarding the room differences, the person in charge said that the room for online booking is random, yet it is not stated on the property details/info (also no info for the customers, they'll just give the info when you complained). Only here for 15-30 mins then check out to look for a proper place to do my work.

Pros: not bad, price is okay, there is Netflix, wifi is okay, AC is cool, other facilities are okay, location is okay. The apartment is new so it is safe and comfortable. Cons: the mattress digs in a bit, I happen to not really like mattresses that dig in too much. As for cleanliness, that's standard for apartments. Additional: parking is expensive for a long stay, the total will be expensive, even if you enter for 5 minutes you still have to pay. But this should be the responsibility of the building itself. If possible, the owner would urge the parking rate to be more humane and have a direct daily rate for those who stay. The telephone connection in the lobby is very bad. Overall, I was comfortable staying here and if I visited again I would probably choose again.

The room is as expected, and the water heater and air conditioner function properly. Next time come here again.

Check in nya cepat dan gampang, wifinya lancar, ada netflix juga cocok buat staycation, ada dapur juga tapi gak coba karena gak masak, ada air hangatnya juga, AC nya berjalan normal. View di malam hari juga bagus. Overall oke.

Good & fast service. Room facilities are complete & functional. Such as towels, wifi, stove, cooking & eating utensils are also available. Room is quite clean. Minus the AC not cold & the mattress is very uncomfortable 😖.

The room so comfortable and clean, I work from anywhere at this apartment, and I think this is the best vendor in Lagoon apartement you should count on it on your staycation! I really enjoy the environment of this apartment especially Barclay ' s Tower.

Very poor service, and very bad!

It's clean, only the old netflix doesn't turn on, then youtube sometimes doesn't get an error but it's not bad for that price.

Room nya nyaman, bersih, wangi, cocok banget buat yang pengen me time atau quality time sama orang tersayang, pelayanan baik. Wifi kenceng, pokoknya aman terkendali lah.

Kamarnya luas banget, bersih juga, reccomend banget deh!

Very suitable for a staycation in Bekasi, the place is nice, the owner and staff are friendly, the location is easy to reach, looking for food and entertainment is easy to go straight to the mall, next here again.
