The hotel is not well maintained. It does not match what is uploaded in the app. If the price is that much, you get it, don't expect much.

According to the price, the place is a bit old but clean. What made me choose here is because it is close to the lake and other hotel options were already full 😁

Don't stay here, the hotel is scary, zero facilities. The hospitality is only from the app, poor people who want to stay. The picture doesn't match 😠😠

The hotel room was dirty and there was no hot water. The atmosphere was not good.

For the price of 300, the facilities are very inadequate. The shower head is detached, there are no towels and toiletries, even a mat is waiting to be asked for and then given, and it is not in a clean condition.

dirty room is not suitable. the paint on the walls is peeling.. shabby bed sheets. bad smell. the bathroom smells of dirt... not like the one in the photo on traveloka.. unprofessional. I ordered and paid for 3 rooms but was provided with 2 rooms and I was told to go upstairs which was clearly my order below.. I didn't end up staying here even though I had booked and paid. there was no/could not communicate with the hotel manager. after I arrived I complained and was answered that I didn't know and didn't know by the hotel staff. really if there was a minus 100 value.. I would give minus one hundred (-100) for the overall assessment. I was really disappointed.

This hotel's nameplate is gone. When checking in, the front of the inn looks old and spooky. Maybe it's painted in bright colors. The large parking lot is nice. It's just that there is no hot water for bathing. The water and weather there are cold. Not suitable for out of town.

It's just that there is something missing, room 205 doesn't have a castle. It would be better if you were given a kastok for clothes hooks so they can be neater. Please return the room price to what it used to be, around 100 thousand but with adequate facilities. Currently the price is less than 50 thousand but the water is off. This hotel has been my subscription for a long time, if I go to Sarangan I definitely come here, because it is clean, comfortable, the lady who guards it is friendly. Hopefully it will be noticed.
