I couldn't sleep because the room next door was playing "Jedang Jedug" music until dawn and they were talking loudly, and they wouldn't close the door quietly. Yes, maybe it was my fault that I stayed in a hotel dominated by foreigners. It's a shame that they came as guests in another country, and their behavior was so unethical. Please, the hotel should pay attention to the rules of conduct for guests. Things like this make me, as an Indonesian citizen, feel like a stranger in my own country. And please improve the soundproofing in the rooms so that the activities of the foreigner husband and wife can't be heard in the next room. Honestly, I'm writing this at 3:30 in the morning and haven't left the hotel yet. It's a shame that a nice hotel has foreigners who have no sense of manners.

Very nice hotel, have shuttle to the beach, Finns Beach Club and other nearby areas every 20 minutes up to midnight. Very nice and varied breakfast. Recommended hotel in Bali.

Room is very nice, warm ambiance and spacious, has microwave also. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Great location, very close to restaurants, cafes, and beach. Would love to come again when in Bali.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was clean and comfortable. However, the pillows weren't soft enough. Hopefully, they'll replace the mattresses to make sleeping more comfortable. Everything else was fine. The food was also okay, but sometimes the taste was lacking.

So well enjoyed stay in Citadines Berawa, definitely will be back again any time we are going to Bali.

The location is in Canggu but the surrounding area is not too crowded, the rooms are complete with a microwave, stove, refrigerator... clean, good service, friendly receptionist.

Staff were all very nice and helpful. Accommodated to our requests too! There’s also a common area washing machine that we can use too!

This hotel near Berawa Beach, not far from Canggu, has spacious and clean rooms with complete amenities, including a stovetop, microwave, plates, bowls, spoons, and forks. Restaurants and cafes are within walking distance.

Citadines Berawa Beach is well located in the Canggu area, with loads of restaurants and mini-marts nearby. It’s just a 5-minute walk to Berawa Beach, where you can catch a stunning sunset, and within walking distance of Atlas Beach Club and Finn Beach Club. The room is clean and modern, featuring a mini kitchen with a stove and a mini refrigerator, though we noticed they didn’t have any cooking utensils. Not sure if you can get them since we didn’t ask. The vibe is nice, too, with two swimming pools—one on the rooftop for those gorgeous Berawa sunsets and another on the ground floor. There's also a gym and a kids' playground. The staff were super friendly and really helpful. Overall, we had a lovely stay at Citadines Berawa Beach Bali.

Staffs are all (from the security, receptionist, house keeping, F&B, managers and other department) so friendly. Fast response and accommodating. Room does not soundproofed properly (enough) though, location is the best for traveler but not on a crowded street/alley which is a plus point.

Actually, the hotel is nice and the room itself is also good. However, what really disappointed me was the cleanliness. The bed sheets and bed cover were dirty, the floor was also dirty, and strangely the room felt very damp. The floor in the room was often wet for some reason. The worst part was how noisy the room was. You could clearly hear other guests talking and laughing, even until early morning.
