Lokasi hotel tidak bagus karena harus masuk gang kecil tidak bisa masuk mobil. Air sempat tidak jalan. TV error2. pelayanannya tidak baik karena masih pagi banget sudah di chat waktu check-out nya padahal waktunya masih lama. Tidak ada pelayan buat bantu angkat barang.
