it turns out that the room is managed by travelio, where the check-in process for me is a hassle. the key has to wait, the checkout hour is still long but we've been reminded many times "as if" we don't know the time to checkout from the room. as well as inflexible checkout hour issues. for star hotel class it is still flexible but this is very strict. next we will consider if the available room is managed by Travelio and not directly by Traveloka
