I arrived at this inn quite late, around 8 PM. The atmosphere there was quite spooky, perhaps due to the very minimal lighting. Then entering the villa, there was no doormat or air conditioning. Only a fan that turned on and off. The sink was leaking, making the floor wet, and there was no water dispenser. Furthermore, cooking utensils, plates, etc. were incomplete. The stove also had a gas leak, and throughout our stay we inhaled the smell of gas. The bed linens and pillows were quite concerning. Then there was the bathroom, there was no shower, just a dipper and the water smelled. The location is also quite far from the beach, having to cross. Probably wouldn't recommend a second visit here. The condition of the building is also quite old, and it looks like it has never been renovated.

The atmosphere is nice, it's just us who are staying. The owner and the guard are very welcoming. The Yosky villas that we stayed in were very pleasant. Happy

The facilities are not as clean and comfortable as seen in the photo. The worn furniture looks poorly maintained, the swimming pool is mossy, the bathroom is not clean and without toothpaste towels etc., the TV in the bedroom is difficult to operate (you have to call the staff).

A nice villa for a family stay. Everything was decent overall, but there are a few areas for improvement: consistent hot water, cleaner sheets, and better maintenance of the swimming pool. There was a noticeable amount of moss around the pool. I also suggest implementing quiet hours, perhaps from 10:00 PM to 5:00 AM. We experienced an all-night party from a neighboring villa, which was inconvenient, especially with children. Hopefully, the villa will continue to make consistent improvements.

Everything is okay, only the sheets are not clean, every time guests change the sheets they should change the sheets too. The location is very close to the beach, just cross it 👍

Overall it's really nice to stay here, especially for those bringing the family, here there are swimming pool facilities and direct access to the beach so you don't need to bother leaving the villa to look for the beach anymore. I think that comfort can be created if we gather together as a large family, with a big room too hehe. Here the villas are big and quite private, really comfortable for those who don't like crowded beaches but want to relax hehe.

Stay at Tripang Villa. The villa is clean, smells good, the facilities are quite complete. But the rice cooker was a bit burnt, and there was no hair dryer. If you want more comfort, it's better to bring your own kitchen utensils. Except for spoons, forks, plates, bowls and glasses. Stove and gas are safe. Bring your own gallons. Access to the beach is via under the bridge (crossing the road). Very nice beach. It's not dirty, the sand is also fine. Not a private beach, but not like other public beaches. There aren't too many people selling either. Just a suggestion, maybe if you're staying in the villa, just close the front door. Because there are quite a lot of people selling in the villa area. Sometimes I sit in front of the door for a long time. Get a plus point because you can check in early. I chatted at 1am and asked when I wanted to check in because the villa was ready. Very good job for the employees.

Villa nya sangat homy, bersih, yg punya sangat ramah dan informatif. Fasilitas komplit plitt. Apalg Kuala Lumpur keluargabesar yg bikin acr disini. Peralatan masak dan mkn lengkap. Sampe. Ada alat bbq sgala. Kulkas kompor, dispenser standar smua tersedia. Pantai tinggal nyebrang, bersih, pasir putih, banyak ikan, aman banget buat berenang2. Anak2 so hepi disini. Smoga ada rezeki bisa kesini lg ngajak keluarga besar. Minus cuma air panasnya ga nyala ya. Smg diperbaiki lg. Ad bbrp villa yg tdk termaintain juga. Smg owner ada rejeki buat direnov jd makin banyak villanya

Tempat yang cocok untuk keluarga. Fasilitas cukup oke, kamar bersih, AC dingin. Sempat ada miscom kecil. Tapi untuk semua oke. Untuk penjaga Pak Badri sangat komunikatif dan ramah. Next kalo liburan lagi bolehlah untuk nginap di Andrians.🥳

The TV in one of the rooms had an internet connection error so it couldn't be watched, the jacuzzi pool was broken and couldn't be used. The condition of the swimming pool has a lot of moss. The tools for BBQ are also not proper, you know, bring your own.

From the outside it looks like the building is rather old, but when I entered it was surprisingly clean and spacious, suitable for families. Complete facilities. There is a heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi. The guards are also quick to help.

The villas are fun, especially for families with children because there is a large swimming pool and hot tub, recommended, but it would be even better if the entrance to the villa was repaired such as cement or bricks so that if it rains it doesn't get muddy and sinks making it easier for small buses to enter go inside and can order food (such as catering packages for groups) for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
