Friendly staff, clean, comfortable place, cheap price for a hotel in the city center.

The location is quite strategic and the room size is quite spacious. Sadly, I booked the most expensive room but access to the room was even more difficult. I had to go upstairs which only had stairs. There was no offer of help to carry my luggage so it was quite heavy carrying my suitcase up and down. The sofa had lots of stains that hadn't been cleaned. I got a torn towel for bathing, when I asked for an exchange, I was given a towel for the floor. The most uncomfortable experience was when we parked in a parking space that already had a box for parking but instead we were told to move, not by the hotel crew but by someone who the hotel crew said was not the hotel owner but just a village neighbor whose house was behind the hotel but didn't have a parking lot and always parked at the hotel and surprisingly the hotel crew didn't dare to deny it, instead they told customers who clearly paid to stay to move their parking. So I won't go there again

Not bad for a vacation with the family

Please train the employees again so they understand hospitality, especially the female employees. The service is very bad, they don't provide solutions and the employees don't look like they're hotel staff.

The hotel is nice, the hot water is always on, the only downside is that there are only 5 TV channels.

It's nice, it feels private, but there are few TV channels, there's no YouTube, there are only national TV channels, sometimes the water heater works, sometimes it doesn't, access to find food is easy, there are lots of sellers on the right and left, there's no electric kettle or glass in the room, there are only in the highest part of the room

The room is clean but the curtains are really dirty and the pillows are dirty, there is no trash can in the bathroom, there are no tissues in the bedroom.. the staff are not very friendly and there are no facilities at all, this hotel is only suitable for sleeping.

For the suite type hotel rooms, they are good, spacious and clean and all the facilities are good.

Cleanliness and security are maintained

It's really not family friendly. If you're bringing kids, don't stay. The rooms are like boarding houses. The facilities are minimal. They didn't even provide an electric kettle. They said the deluxe double room wasn't available. Oh my gosh, just a kettle, please. A kettle is the bare minimum, especially for those bringing kids. The AC wasn't even used at all. The room was also very sticky, mopping was haphazard. I even asked to mop it again with water, it was still sticky. The bathroom was very slippery. Furthermore, the room was full of ants. I preferred going out rather than staying in the room.

Clean room, clean toilet, AC works well, water heater is available. Hotel staff is helpful.
