The bathroom was dirty, and there was no trash bin in the room or bathroom. The sheets were stained from the moment we arrived. The TV didn't work. The AC was just a decoration; it wouldn't cool down. Luckily, I was only in the room for a short time; I was helped along by the Bromo trip, so I didn't have to stay in the stuffy room for long.

The hotel needs renovation.. lack of air ventilation.. the TV in the room doesn't work because there's no signal.. the AC is on but it doesn't cool the whole room.. the room windows don't close tightly, so the noise of vehicles is very clear.. the staff are quite friendly.. the sink is leaking, there's no hot water.. sorry, I'm just reviewing what there is... 🙏

Ordered 2 rooms, both of them had less than clean pillows, like a used room that was used for a day, which suddenly we were sleeping there, when we checked in it took a long time, plus they said they didn't have any, then my name was entered when they gave me the booking code, luckily the staff was friendly so our bad mood was reduced. Strategic location on the side of a big road so it's noisy at night because vehicles pass by, the stairs are worth the price, thank you.

Kita CI jam 3 pagi, sebelumnya sudah pesen via aplikasi. Setelah proses selesai, kita dikasih kunci kamar, di tap tidak bisa sama sekali, kita pikir kunci nya ada masalah, turun lagi ke lantai 1 dri Ltd. 3 via tangga, setelah dapat kunci baru dan terbuka ternyata di dalam nya sudah ada orang yang menginap. Turun lagi untuk konfirmasi, sama mas repessionisnya di pindahkan ke kamar lain, karena anak-anak sudah mengantuk banget, yang kita pikirkan hanya tidur dulu karena paginya kita juga harus berangkat lagi. Bantal dan kasurnya tidak ada alasnya, hanya selimut nya saja dan kasur seperti bekas pakai. Cukup sekali aja, karena hanya untuk transit aja karena lokasinya dekat dengan stasiun kota malang lama.
