Ordered 2 rooms, both of them had less than clean pillows, like a used room that was used for a day, which suddenly we were sleeping there, when we checked in it took a long time, plus they said they didn't have any, then my name was entered when they gave me the booking code, luckily the staff was friendly so our bad mood was reduced. Strategic location on the side of a big road so it's noisy at night because vehicles pass by, the stairs are worth the price, thank you.

Very bad, location, the room is full of dust, the pillows are thin, the room atmosphere is dark, most importantly it is not recommended because it is not really suitable for customers to stay in.

Enough for resting for the night and get going the next morning, happy with the hot water.

But the shower is dead but the hot water doesn't work. Just took a shower and got half a shower stuck even though I didn't do anything. Please fix it again.

The place is really right in front of Malang Old Town Station, finding food is also very easy. Cheap cheap. But the cleanliness of the room is lacking - (sheets and blankets) smell musty and - noise from busy stairs. Others are safe, service and others are safe. Hopefully service can be improved.

It's best to be more selective in choosing accommodation.

Parking space is difficult, there are no complimentary drinks, I thought there would be towels, but it turned out to be a mat.

Kita CI jam 3 pagi, sebelumnya sudah pesen via aplikasi. Setelah proses selesai, kita dikasih kunci kamar, di tap tidak bisa sama sekali, kita pikir kunci nya ada masalah, turun lagi ke lantai 1 dri Ltd. 3 via tangga, setelah dapat kunci baru dan terbuka ternyata di dalam nya sudah ada orang yang menginap. Turun lagi untuk konfirmasi, sama mas repessionisnya di pindahkan ke kamar lain, karena anak-anak sudah mengantuk banget, yang kita pikirkan hanya tidur dulu karena paginya kita juga harus berangkat lagi. Bantal dan kasurnya tidak ada alasnya, hanya selimut nya saja dan kasur seperti bekas pakai. Cukup sekali aja, karena hanya untuk transit aja karena lokasinya dekat dengan stasiun kota malang lama.

The room size is okay. But try to improve room service, especially those ordering online. Prioritize those who order online first, then those on the spot. Because the check-in process was delayed 1 hour, maybe more. So that the staff can maintain the quality of the cleanliness of the rooms that will be used by customers.

It's not worth staying here, it smells of cigarette smoke and dirty sheets.

Seperti dunia malam di malam hari tidak bisa tidur karena ramai dan bising, kamarnya banyak bercak kotor-kotor seperti tidak diganti sprei dan lain-lain.

The room smells of cigarettes, the toilet smells of cigarettes from the previous user, the stairs in front of the room sound loud (need to be replaced with a ladder that muffles the sound), the water system for the toilet in the upper room can be heard in my room, the sheets are moldy, there is no water heater even though it says there is, not recommended.

First came the condition of the room, the duvet cover and the sheets were dirty. Because check-in is at 3 am so lazy to complain. Already asked to change the duvet but after returning to the hotel it was the same as not being replaced. The sink also leaked.

7 days of staying there overall good, very good and friendly service, only the 3rd floor is too noisy so it is very disturbing during breaks.

The sheets were really dirty, the blankets too, the TV couldn't be used. It's very disappointing, what you expect doesn't match the reality.
