The exterior of the accommodation does not match the advertised photos, but the room is clean and not too far from the city center. There is a sufficient amount of parking space.

The staffs are not very friendly. When I went to stay, I forgot something, but the hotel did not call me back. They refused to find the item. They said they did not have it and did not contact me. I had to call them back all the time. Very unacceptable.

The room is spacious, but the condition of the room is not clean. There is a lot of dust and hair on the floor, in the bathroom, and even on the bed. The bathroom smells bad. The air conditioner has black stains like it has never been cleaned.

Friendly staff, quick check-in and check-out.

The room is clean but doesn't keep much sound. The air conditioner should be taken care of and checked for dust a bit. Overall ok.

Good, clean, but the front desk is a bit confusing because it's on the 7th floor.

The bathroom has clear glass. We went with the elderly and had to sleep with the lights on to make the lights bright. I didn't get any rest. Scary steep parking

This is the basic hotel to stay in Phuket. With the reasonable price and good location in town, I always select this as the first choice on Phuket city.
