Toilets and blankets, carpets are not fragrant, lack of irons and utensils

The room and view are beautiful, but the kitchen is not fully equipped, there is no wine or condiment. The toilet does not smell.

I do not normally give feedback to the hotels or apartments I stayed in, but I guess, this place really deserves to get the highest rate. All of the staff displayed amazing and excellent customer service. From the owner of the apartment down to the staff, they were all very accommodating and very friendly. From cleaning the rooms up to the multi-function room facilities. The location was just perfect, walking distance to the Westlake, groceries, pharmacy, money changer, food stalls and of course, very accessible going to city centre. This apartment comes with free wifi that a great network connection and that made me feel like I am still home. I would not ever hesitate to get back to this apartment if I have any chance. I would strongly recommend this to anyone looking for the best service apartment/travel experience in Hanoi
