Baru pertama kali gw nginep di hotel ini, bad banget pelayanannya. Sabun, sikat gigi, odol tidak disediakan di kamar. Sudah gitu tengah malam ada suara ribut banget jadi terganggu tidur. Gw kapok deh nginep di sini. Not recommended guys.

Pada saat check in, bagian receptionnya di bawah, saya sangat kesusahan bawa koper tapi sama sekali ga niat membantu. Tissue ga ada, sabun di kamar mandi pake botol aqua gelas, handuk jorok, toiletnya jorok dan Mas receptionnya ketika ditanyain, sangat menyebalkan dan tidak memberikan solusi. Untuk harga saat saya booking tidaklah murah, tissue nya gak punya. Hotel murah saja punya kok. Ini pertama dan ga akan saya injak lagi hotel ini. Ini hotel yang sangat tidak layak! Reception main HP tanpa peduli dengan tamu.
