The room is clean, fully equipped, has a balcony and is beautifully decorated. The staff is friendly, greets everyone when entering and leaving the lobby, and helps deliver luggage to the room. We are satisfied with the service. The current breakfast includes pho and some light dishes. If the specialty menu is a little more diverse, it will be better.

The hotel staff is very friendly and very helpful. Strategic and nice location. Clean room. Because there are three of us, we chose the family suites, the room is very spacious. Overall, it's comfortable. Highly recommended 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I and my sister recently stayed at Romantique Hotel for one night and had a very pleasant experience. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff were consistently welcoming and attentive throughout my stay. The room was clean, spacious, and well-furnished. Overall, I had a great stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel to both business and leisure travelers. I would gladly return in the future as well.

The staff was enthusiastic but the room's air conditioner was broken, the technician came to fix it but it wasn't cool, staying in a hotel but having to use a fan like a motel, the weather was hot

even though it is an old hotel in the old city, the interior of the hotel is new and clean, the hotel staff is friendly, surrounded by many halal foods 8 to 10 minutes from the hotel on foot, 8 minutes to the train cafe, 8 minutes to the souvenir market, if you don't have a tour plan, there are many tour agents here for all tourist destinations in Hanoi and other cities in Vietnam, in my opinion the location is very strategic and economical...

Very comfortable hotel and the location is in the center of the old quarter. The room is spacious and clean. Breakfast has many choices and everything is delicious. The service is very friendly. All employees are very kind and very helpful. Near the hotel there is Circle ke, so no need to be confused about finding snacks or drinks. Will return to this hotel if I go to Hanoi again.
