The rooms are clean and nice. Very safe and the service is good.

The staff is friendly, but the technician doesn't understand. The air conditioner has a problem. It needs to be changed for the family room. I already told them about the air conditioner problem, but they still said to wait 5 minutes. Change to another room. Next time, please check the room first if it's okay before giving it to the customer.
