Could hear the people in the Next Room talking all night long walls are thin

The room was run down and floor looked like it needed to me swept. The bedding was a bit iffy. I didn't feel comfortable with the Hotel.

The hotel has basic yet functional rooms. Staff friendly and easy access to highway

This place is horrible! I called to set up a room for another person, made it very clear that person did not have money or their own debit card. I asked if there would be any issues with her check in and if there were any other fees, and was informed she wouldnt have to pay anything at check in.She goes to check in and calls me crying because the guy in there was exramly rude and threw her ID at her, so I called and spoke to the guy who was extremely hostile the moment he picked up the phone, I was informed about a 100 hold fee that I was not told about in the morning, I offered to pay the fee over the phone and was rejected. Then I was berated over the note in expedia that says they charge a 100$ check in fee, I told him I sopke to a guy in the morning and was told "different guy, that was not me, if you want a refund file online" so I did. The property declined my refund. Got charged for a stay we didnt get to even use, my sister was telled at and humilited infront of other guests. DO NOT STAY HERE! ITS HORRIBLE. The guys who run this place are basically running a scam, dont believe anything they tell you, because its probably a lie. I dont understand how a business like this is even open.

Super clean, safe and the owners are very nice ,honest people...The Gentleman at check-in was very helpful and answered our questions since we were from out of town...He knew the area and made great suggestions! Great stay!!
